Brent Kern brings more than 28 years of business and technology experience together with decades of Christian ministry, leadership, music, teaching, and community service. His professional work has included executive consulting, project leadership, relationship development, and helping organizations turn complex needs into practical next steps.
In ministry, Brent is an ordained pastor, worship leader, teacher, and founder of Christian Steps Ministries. His service has included congregational leadership, children and youth ministry, foster parenting, conferences, preaching, music, and community outreach.
Travel has reinforced a simple conviction: the best service begins with humility. Hope Sojourns grows from Brent’s desire to help people cross cultures thoughtfully, learn from committed local leaders, and offer skills that meet real needs.
